Inside Sales - Enterprise Solutions

We're looking for a talented candidate to join our team, a professionally trained pro who loves sales, has a history of success and wants to work for a small, growth oriented firm providing revolutionary software solutions. Responsibilities:

  Contact new and existing customers via phone and email to generate qualified sales leads

  Follow incoming inquiries and build pipeline of prospects through prospecting activities

  Prospecting and uncovering new business opportunities through directed outbound calls and cold calling

  Develop appropriate sales strategies to reach decision-makers and stakeholders for enterprise software solution sales

  Manage current customer base and growth through renewal and add on business

  Responsible for sales results and key performance indicators to meet or exceed quotas


Requirements:

  Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing or Computer Science

  3+ years experience in technical inside sales/ telemarketing /solution selling

  Formal training in sales with solid understanding in software sales cycle

  Excellent communication, presentation and business relationship building skills via phone and email

  Result oriented and ability to build and maintain relationships with people at all levels

  Superior intellectual and quantitative analysis abilities to grasp and translate business requirements into technical solutions

  Enthusiasm and ability to learn with proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, hunting and developing customers

  Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
